B12, otherwise known as ‘Red’ due to its colour, is a crystalline vitamin. It is known for its energy giving properties, however there are other benefits.

It is also pointless to get an injection in case your levels drop because the B12 vitamin is water-soluble. This means that the body is unable to store it and if it isn’t needed it is expelled through the urine.
