Tim Allardyce: I’m going to have a look at your shoulder, so first what I would like you to do is just lift your arms up in front of you like this. Now all the way to the top. And just back down for me, please. Good, and I’d like you lift your arms to the side. Turn the palms up. And all the way above your head. And back down for me please. I’d like you take your right hand across your left. And now left across your right. That’s excellent. And back down. Okay, I’d like you to turn around for me. Now just reach behind your back with your right arm. Come up as far as is comfortable. Good, now just let that relax, and come up with the left hand. Good, and back down for me. Just scratch the back of your neck for me please. Reach down your spine. And now left arm please. And back down. Now will you just look over your left should for me. And right shoulder. Bend the left ear down to the left side. And right ear down to the right side. And chin down to chest. And just extend back towards me.
Dr. Paul Stillman: As you just saw, physiotherapy treatments are generally gentle and painless. But if you’re unsure whether physiotherapy is for you, then please ask your doctor. Thanks for watching.
