Mother: Bye dear (hangs up)

Daughter: Hello
Mother: Hello love, did you leave a purple scarf here the other day?
Daughter: No Mom I just told you, it's the one I got you for your birthday
Mother(Angry): Well I think I'd remember if you just told me wouldn't I dear? A simple yes or no would have done. I'll see you Sunday!
