With arthritis, people tend to get stiff. So you need to get yourself up and about and start moving around. The less you do, the stiffer you’re going to get, and the worse the arthritis will be. Get yourself up and moving around – any opportunity. Don’t sit down for longer than half an hour. Walk to the shops rather than drive. Keep that body moving, and you’re going to minimize the chances of arthritis setting in and stiffening up your body.
