Then I'd discuss water with people. Hydration is so important in our diets. We really need to be drinking about a litre of water a day, in addition to other drinks that we're having.
And so, for some people, they really don't have a clue, and I'll say: Use a jug or a bottle to monitor what you're having. And if you think it's a little low, then start to slowly increase your uptake.
If you're feeling a bit of a headache, a bit fuzzy, lack of concentration, a bit moody, a glass of water can really help. Particularly good with nausea as well.
And I would say if your budget allows, then do think about a water-filter system in your house. And there are lots out there. They just literally go under your sink or you can use a jug as well.
