It's full of protein. And, again, more minerals and B vitamins. But we do just need to be a little bit careful about the quality that we're having, and the quantity that we're having.
And for that reason, I do encourage people to have a couple of days of week meat free, just to make sure we're not having too many saturated fats in our diet. And, of course, meats do contain some hormones as well.
So, always try to buy lean, organic and just think: Quality over quantity is a really good idea .
